The Eagle (February 11, 2011)


The Eagle is a 2011 historical epic film directed by Kevin Macdonald, and starring Channing Tatum, Jamie Bell, and Donald Sutherland. Adapted by Jeremy Brock from Rosemary Sutcliff's historical adventure novel The Eagle of the Ninth (1954), the film tells the story of a young Roman officer searching to recover the lost Roman eagle standard of his father's legion in the northern part of Great Britain. The story is based on the Ninth Spanish Legion's supposed disappearance in Britain.

The film, a British-American co-production, was released in the U.S. and Canada on 11 February 2011, and was released in the United Kingdom and Ireland on 25 March 2011.

Inception (July 16, 2010)


Inception is a 2010 action film, written, co-produced, and directed by Christopher Nolan. The film features an ensemble cast starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page, Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy, Dileep Rao, Tom Berenger, and Michael Caine. DiCaprio plays Dom Cobb, a specialized corporate spy and thief. His work consists of secretly extracting valuable commercial information from the unconscious mind of his targets while they are asleep and dreaming. Unable to visit his children, Cobb is offered a chance to regain his old life in exchange for an almost impossible task: inception, the planting of an idea into a target's subconscious.

Drive Angry is a 2011 American action film starring Nicolas Cage and filmed by Canadian director Patrick Lussier. It was released on February 25, 2011.

The Mayfield Four - Second Skin (June 26, 2001)


Second Skin was the second album from American rock band, The Mayfield Four. Two singles were taken from the album: Sick and Wrong and Eden (Turn the Page). Singer Myles Kennedy has stated that Sick and Wrong and Flatley's Crutch are the only songs he has written that contain profanity. Lyrically, the album features topics of love, substance abuse, violence, and sex.

Second Skin is a departure from the band's first album, Fallout, which features a more soul-influenced sound, while Second Skin moved in the band in a more hard rock direction.

The Rasmus - Best Of 2001–2009 (November 28, 2009)


Best Of 2001–2009 is a compilation album by the Finnish alternative rock band The Rasmus, it was released on November 2, 2009. The album contains the best songs between 2001 and 2009. While most of the songs were already released, it features a new unreleased song called October And April which features vocals by Anette Olzon from Nightwish. This song was recorded during the same time as the other songs from the band's latest studio album Black Roses, but wasn't included as it didn't follow the album concept. Open My Eyes, appearing in acoustic live version on this album, is a b-side of the single Shot and originally taken from the UK edition of the album Hide from the Sun (2005).

Battle: Los Angeles (March 11, 2011)


Battle: Los Angeles (also known as Battle: LA and World Invasion: Battle Los Angeles, and formerly known as Battle for Los Angeles) is a 2011 military science fiction war film directed by Jonathan Liebesman, and starring Aaron Eckhart, Michelle Rodriguez, Michael Pena, Ne-Yo, Ramon Rodriguez, and Bridget Moynahan. The film is set in modern day Los Angeles and follows a platoon of U.S. Marines during a global alien invasion, who are joined by an Airman and some Army infantry. The events of the film are inspired by the Battle of Los Angeles, a supposed World War II air raid of the city which turned out to be a false alarm caused by several unidentified objects.
