Hear Me Now is Secondhand Serenade's third studio album, released on August 3, 2010. In a recent interview, John Vesely stated that the new record will be more upbeat than his last album, which focused on relationships. The album debuted at #42 on the Billboard 200, 2 slots prior to his 2008 release A Twist in My Story, making his highest chart debut on Billboard 200.

Deception (April 25, 2008)


Deception is a 2008 drama/thriller film, directed by Marcel Langenegger and written by Mark Bomback. It stars Ewan McGregor, Hugh Jackman, and Michelle Williams. The film was released on April 25, 2008 in the United States.

Jonathan McQuarry (Ewan McGregor) is an auditor in Manhattan, moving from office to office checking their books. While working late, a smooth and well-dressed man named Wyatt Bose (Hugh Jackman) chats Jonathan up, offers him a joint, and soon they’re pals. When their cell phones are accidentally swapped, Jonathan answers Wyatt’s phone to a series of women asking if he’s free tonight. Jonathan discovers it’s a sex club: busy powerful people meet each other anonymously in hotels. Jonathan falls for one of the club members, whom he knows only as S (Michelle Williams), whom he’s also seen on a subway. When she goes missing, patterns emerge and Jonathan faces demands involving violence and lots of money.

Fast And Furious is a 2009 street racing action film directed by Justin Lin. It is the fourth film in The Fast and the Furious film series and the third installment in terms of chronology. The plot connects with the original film of the series from which Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordana Brewster reprise their roles. The film was directed by Justin Lin, who also directed the third installment of the series, The Fast And the Furious: Tokyo Drift, and who was also able to return for Fast Five. This film is also the first in the series to give more emphasis on American built muscle cars than imported cars.

Decyfer Down - Crash (May 5, 2009)


Crash is the second album by the North Carolina rock band, Decyfer Down. On July 7, 2008, Decyfer Down uploaded their first single and title track to their MySpace player. On September 30, 2008, a three track EP titled, Crash Digital EP was released onto iTunes, Amazon, and other digital retailers. The EP contained the songs, Crash, Best I Can, and Now I'm Alive. These songs have Caleb Oliver's vocals in it. The second single Fading was released to radio on January 28, 2009. On February 17, 2009, Decyfer Down released an updated EP titled, Crash-EP. That EP contains the songs, Crash, Fading, and Moving On. These songs contain TJ Harris's vocals. The album leaked in full a month before its release date on April 1, 2009. Although not included on the album as a whole, Now I'm Alive is downloadable on iTunes as a bonus track on the record.

Dream Theater - Black Clouds And Silver Linings (June 23, 2009)


Black Clouds And Silver Linings is the tenth studio album of the progressive metal band Dream Theater. It was released on June 23, 2009 under Roadrunner Records. The album was produced by guitarist John Petrucci and then-drummer Mike Portnoy, and mixed by Paul Northfield. There are several release versions: a single CD; a 3-disc Special Edition with instrumental mixes and cover songs; a double vinyl LP; and a Deluxe Collector's Edition Box Set. The cover songs were revealed one per week during the six week period prior to the album's release, beginning on May 19, 2009. On September 8, 2010, Mike Portnoy left Dream Theater, making this the band's final studio album to feature him on drums.

Joe Satriani - Professor Satchafunkilus And The Musterion Of Rock (March 31, 2008)


Professor Satchafunkilus and the Musterion of Rock is the 12th studio album by guitarist Joe Satriani. The title has Greco-Biblical connotations. The initial part, Professor Satchafunkilus, is an extension of Satriani's nickname, Satch. The second part, in particular, the word Musterion is a Greek word meaning Something which cannot be known until it is revealed in English this is roughly equivalent to a secret (not mystery as it is commonly misinterpreted).

Satriani has recently embarked on a special Guitar Center Sessions tour, which began on the release date of the album lasted through to April 11. Following this, Satriani embarked on a worldwide tour, kicking off April 30 in Lisbon, Portugal, before moving to Australia, South America and will finally be returning to the U.S. in the fall of 2008.
